We give you the tools to manage staff leave which gets rid of holiday forms and spreadsheets. Our system calculates holiday entitlement and HR related tasks automatically.

Public & Enforced holidays
Whether it's Christmas, Easter or a bank holiday, public holidays from more than 20 countries are preloaded in Kore Calendar. Create your own set of company-wide enforced days off such as an annual shutdown or a sunny day off for all employees.
Approve, decline, and manage conflicts
Users can request, update, or cancel annual leave with Kore Calendar. Using notifcations we allow team admins a view of all new and pending requests. KoreCalendar will also alert you to any staff conflicts between key holders, first aiders, and fire officers allowing you to concentrate on what really matters.
Holidays, sickness, maternity — it’s all covered
Kore Calendar can handle any type of absence. It comes configured with annual leave, sickness, maternity, unpaid leave, compassionate leave and business leave. Team administrators can also create enforced holidays for the whole team, sub teams, or individuals.
Group your staff into departments
By grouping your staff into departments you can use the Wall Chart to easily compare and review absences to ensure you have the correct staffing levels. You can set minimum staffing levels per department and see clashes before approving requests for time off.
Auto calculation for allowances
Let Kore Calendar handle the allowance for existing employees and new starters giving you more time to welcome the employee to the team. The system will work out the allowance based on the employees start date, and alert you to anything that looks wrong fro existing employees.
Variable days for greater flexibility
Using the new variable days tool gives your team the ability to create custom leave types which can be applied globally or to individual employees. For example, you may want to offer Home Working but set a different amount of available days per employee.
In-depth reporting
No longer is there a need for you to spend time working out home many days an employee has or hasn’t used when leaving the company. Our real time reporting tools gives you great power to monitor the team, events, leavers, sickness, and more all from the click of a button.
Extended controls and user roles
With the new role based system you can assign employee's as HR member to manage the daily requests freeing more time for you as an admin or owner. Plus the addition of a selection of extended controls to control how employees interact with the platform.

I worked day and night on systems to help the company to grow and now I want to give something back to help the next generation.
